Transferring still images to your computer
You can view still images managed with your CLIÉ(TM) handheld on your computer. Use one of the following ways to transfer still images.
Note
Before transferring the still image files, copy the image files to “Memory Stick(TM)” media. You cannot transfer image files stored on your CLIÉ(TM) handheld to your computer. For details, see “Copying the files” in the CLIE Viewer application.
Using the “Memory Stick” slot on your computer
If you have a “Memory Stick” slot on your computer, you can directly copy image files on a “Memory Stick(TM)” media to your computer using Windows(R) Explorer.
Using the Data Import application

Place your CLIÉ(TM) handheld correctly on the cradle.

Start the Data Import application on your CLIÉ(TM) handheld.

Your CLIÉ(TM) handheld is recognized as a removable drive on the computer.

Copy the image files on a “Memory Stick(TM)” media to your computer using Microsoft(R) Explorer.
Using the PictureGear Studio software

Place your CLIÉ(TM) handheld correctly on the cradle.

Start the Data Import application on your CLIÉ(TM) handheld.

Your CLIÉ(TM) handheld is recognized as a removable drive on the computer.

Start the PictureGear Studio software on your computer and click Import Photos.
The PhotoCollection screen appears.
