You can use the Macromedia Flash Player 5 application to play Macromedia Flash(TM) contents.
Play Macromedia Flash(TM) contents
You can play SWF-format Macromedia Flash(TM) contents that you have downloaded from the Internet.
You need to copy the SWF-format Macromedia Flash(TM) contents downloaded from the Internet to the “Memory Stick(TM)” media
Before starting the Macromedia Flash Player application, you need to download SWF-format Macromedia Flash(TM) contents from the Internet and transfer them to your CLIÉ(TM) handheld via storage media, such as “Memory Stick(TM)” media or CF memory card, by one of the following ways.
Using Data Import/Data Export applications.
Copying the Macromedia Flash(TM) contents to a storage media using the Data Import application.
Start the Data Import application. Then, insert a storage media into your CLIÉ(TM) handheld, and connect it to the computer. Your CLIÉ(TM) handheld is recognized as a removable drive on your computer. Copy the Macromedia Flash(TM) contents to /PALM/PROGRAMS/MMFlash/ folder using Windows(R) Explorer.
Note on Macromedia Flash(TM) contents
Macromedia Flash(TM) contents are widely used and provided on the Internet. However, most contents are created for playback on computers, and thus may not play back on your CLIÉ(TM) handheld.
You may not be able to play back Macromedia Flash(TM) contents properly under following conditions
When the data size is large.
Some Macromedia Flash(TM) content requires space twice its size available on your CLIÉ(TM) handheld. Make sure to have sufficient space on your CLIÉ(TM) handheld before starting the playback.
When the memory is running low on your CLIÉ(TM) handheld.
When your CLIÉ(TM) handheld is connected to the network.
