Deleting data in “Memory Stick” media
The Memory Stick Gate application allows you do delete unnecessary data from “Memory Stick” media.
| 1 | Insert “Memory Stick” media in your CLIÉ handheld. |

On the Application Launcher screen, rotate the Jog Dial navigator to select MS Gate and press the Jog Dial navigator.
Or tap the MS Gate icon on the Application screen.The Memory Stick Gate application starts. The data in your CLIÉ handheld.  |

Press the Jog Dial navigator to select MS.
You can also tap the arrow  in the upper right corner to select MS from the drop-down list.
 The data in the “ /PALM/PROGRAMS/MSFILES ” folder of “Memory Stick” media is listed. |
| 4 | Tap to select the data that you want to delete. |

Tap DELETE.
The Delete File dialog box is displayed.

Tap OK.
The data selected in step 4 is deleted from “Memory Stick” media.

To delete all data at once
Tap Select All in step 4.
To cancel the selection
| • | To cancel all the selections, tap Clear All. |

| • | To clear only specific items, tap one selected item at a time. |
To change the folder to be deleted
Tap 
or 
to select the folder that you want to deleted. The folder display changes and you can specify a folder to be deleted.
You can only select a folder under the “PALM/Launcher” or “PALM/Programs” folder. The other folders cannot be selected.
