Setting Auto-run for an application
To automatically start a certain application (installed on your CLIÉ handheld) when you insert a certain “Memory Stick” media, perform the following procedure. For example, to set the PictureGear Pocket application to start automatically, a “Memory Stick” media containing still images must be inserted to the CLIÉ handheld.
1 Insert the “Memory Stick” media for which you want to set the auto-run function to into the “Memory Stick” slot.

On the Application Launcher screen, rotate the Jog Dial navigator to select MS Autorun, and press the Jog Dial navigator.
Or, tap the MS Autorun icon on the Application Launcher screen.

Press the Jog Dial navigator.
The list of applications in the CLIÉ handheld appears.
4 Tap the PictureGear Pocket application for auto-run setting .

Tap Set.
The setting is stored in the “Memory Stick” media, and the confirmation dialog box appears.

Tap OK.
The auto-run setting is completed.
7 Tap .
8 Remove the “Memory Stick” media.
Try the setting
Display the Application Launcher screen on the CLIÉ handheld, and then insert the “Memory Stick” media to automatically start the PictureGear Pocket application. Remove the “Memory Stick” media to quit and return to the Application Launcher screen.
Note
When Internal is displayed on the PictureGear Pocket screen, the image files in the CLIÉ handheld are displayed. To display the images in the “Memory Stick” media, tap and select MS.
