You can organize or utilize files by using CLIE Organizer - Viewer.
Deleting files

On the Viewer screen, tap

Tap the files that you want to delete.
To delete all the files, tap Select All.

Tap Delete.
The Delete confirmation dialog box is displayed.

Tap OK.
The selected files are deleted.

Copying files

Tap the check box for the file that you want to copy.
To copy all the files, tap Select All.

Tap Copy.
The Media Selection dialog box is displayed.

 to select the target storage.You can copy files within your CLIÉ™ handheld. You can also copy files to “Memory Stick™” media.

Tap Copy.
The selected file is copied.

Moving files
You can move the file to the other folder or divide.

to select the target storage.Note that the destination for moving must be different from the source. You cannot move a file to the currently stored media.
