CLIE Mail menu items
The following items appear when you tap Menu on your CLIÉ handheld screen.
This section describes the menu commands specific to the CLIE Mail application. For menu items common to other CLIÉ applications, see “Common menus” in the Handbook supplied with your CLIÉ handheld.
E-mail list screen
Mail menu
Empty Trash
Deletes all e-mail messages stored in the Trash category.
Options menu
Accounts
Shows the Accounts screen.
Networks
Shows the Network preferences screen
Connections
Shows the Connection preferences screen.
Preferences
Shows the Preferences screen.
•  Server Timeouts: Specifies the length of the time-out interval to be used when connecting to the mail server.
•  Disconnect after send/receive: Disconnects the connection immediately after the CLIE Mail application sends or receives e-mail messages.
•  Address Completion: Displays number of possible addresses to choose from when you start entering address on the Mail Edit screen.
This function is not available when you use on-screen keyboard.
•  Default Mail: Specifies the operated mail application when “mailto:” is tapped on the Address Book or NetFront v3.1 for CLIE applications.
•  Auto Receive: Specifies the period to automatically connect the Network and receive mails.
Signatures
Shows the Signature screen.

Show Options
Shows the Show Options dialog box.
You can choose whether or not to display the sender, subject, or date. You can also select font sizes of the characters displayed on this screen.
Tap to select the check box of items you want to display, or tap on the desired field next to Font: to change the font size.
Filters
Shows the Filters screen.
HotSync Options
Shows the HotSync® Options screen.
Changes the settings to be used for e-mail synchronization.
About CLIE Mail
Shows the version information for the CLIE Mail application.
E-mail screen
Options menu
Font
Specifies the font used on the screen. The available font size varies depending on the screen displayed.
Go to Top
Shows the beginning of the e-mail list.
Go to Bottom
Shows the end of the e-mail list.
Jog Setting
Shows the Jog Scroll Option dialog box.
Specifies the amount of scrolling the screen when scrolling the Jog Dial™ navigator.
E-mail edit/Address edit screen
Edit menu
Keyboard
Displays on-screen keyboard.
Graffiti2 Help
Displays Graffiti2 screen. The list of Graffiti2 characters appears.
Option menu
Lookup
Shows the Search Address screen.
