| Beam Page | Transfers data of the currently selected page to another CLIÉ™ handheld through the infrared communications port. |

| Preferences | Shows the Preferences dialog box. |
| About CLIE Memo | Shows the version information for CLIE Memo. |

Notes menu
| Beam Note | Transfers data of the currently selected notebook to another CLIÉ™ handheld via the infrared communications port. |
| Move to MS | Moves a selected note to “Memory Stick™” media. You can only move one notebook at a time. [Details] |
| Move to Handheld | Moves a notebook stored on “Memory Stick™” media to your CLIÉ™ handheld. You can only move one notebook at a time. [Details] |
