Voice Recorder menu items
The following items appear when you tap the Menu on your CLIÉ handheld screen.
This section describes the menu commands specific to the Voice Recorder application. For menu items common to other CLIÉ applications, see “Common menus” in the Handbook supplied to your CLIÉ handheld.
Data menu
Beam Transfers the selected audio memo to another CLIÉ handheld via the infrared communications port.
Convert to Alarm Converts the audio memo to alarm sound for use in the Date Book and World Alarm Clock applications.
Options menu
Preference Shows the Preferences screen.
• Enable operation beep: If you want the beep to sound when you use controls, tap to select the check box.
• Enable continuous play: If you want to play the next data successively after the current data, tap to select the check box. The playback stops when the playback of the last data ends except when REP ALL is selected. In that case, it continues playback from the first data.
• Recording Mode: Select the recording mode from SP (normal recording mode) or LP (long time recording mode).
• List/Rec.Media: Select the media to be displayed on the list or the media to record the data.
- Priority MS: Displays the list of data in a “Memory Stick” media, or records the data on a “Memory Stick” media when there is a “Memory Stick” media inserted in your CLIÉ handheld.
- MS: Displays the list of data in a “Memory Stick” media, or records the data on a “Memory Stick” media.
- Internal: Displays the list of data stored in your CLIÉ handheld, or records the data on your CLIÉ handheld.
• Maximum size for recording: Tap the arrow to select the maximum recordable data size for CLIÉ handheld (Internal) and “Memory Stick” media.
Capture Button Setting Specifies the application to start when you press the CAPTURE/REC button on your CLIÉ handheld.
It is set at CLIE Camera by default. (PEG-NX70V only)
