To Do List menu items
The following items appear when you tap Menu on your CLIÉ handheld screen.
This section describes the menu commands specific to To Do List. For menu items common to other CLIÉ applications, see “Common menus” in the Handbook supplied with your CLIÉ handheld.
Record menu
Delete Item Deletes the current To Do item. The Delete To Do dialog box appears.
Attach Note Adds comments to the current To Do item. Choosing this menu item opens up a screen for entering comments.
Delete Note Deletes comments from the current To Do item. Choosing this menu item opens up the Delete Note dialog box.
Purge Allows you to delete the completed items from To Do List. Run this command to save memory if you find too many recorded To Do items in your CLIÉ handheld.
Note
By default, the items that you purge will be saved to the Palm Desktop for CLIÉ software on your computer during the next HotSync(R) operation. To delete the items completely, deselect the check box () for “Save archive copy on PC” in the Purge dialog box.
Beam Item Sends the currently selected To Do item to another CLIÉ handheld via the infrared communications port.
Send Item Sends the currently selected To Do item. Specify the sending method from the displayed Send With dialog box.
• Bluetooth: Sends the memos to another CLIÉ handheld.
• SMS: Sends the memos using GSM mobile phone.
There are some limitations when sending data using SMS. Refer to the SMS manual for details.
Beam Category Sends all the To Do items in the currently selected category to another CLIÉ handheld via the infrared communications port.
Send Category Sends all the To Do items in the currently selected category. Specify the sending method from the displayed Send With dialog box.

Options menu
Font You can select a desired font in the Select Font dialog box.
Phone Lookup The Lookup screen appears. If there is an Address Book entry, you can look up the phone number of the selected item. 
Security Hides the current record unless the password is entered. You can select the view option from Show Records, Mask Records, or Hide Records.
