Reviewing memos
The first line of a memo appears in the Memo list screen. This makes it easy to locate and review your memos.

On the Application Launcher screen, rotate the Jog Dial navigator to select Memo Pad.
The Memo Pad application starts.
Or, tap Memo Pad on the Application Launcher screen. You can also start the application by pressing the Memo Pad  button on the front panel.

Rotate the Jog Dial navigator to select the memo you want to view.
If the desired memo is not displayed, tap  , use the scroll bar, press the scroll buttons, or rotate the Jog Dial navigator
further to scroll up or down the memo list.

Press the Jog Dial navigator.
The content of the selected memo is displayed. If the memo text does
not fit on the screen, rotate the Jog Dial navigator to scroll the screen.

Press the Jog Dial navigator or the BACK button to return to the Memo list screen.
The Memo list is displayed again.

Viewing memos by category
Press the Jog Dial navigator when the memo list is displayed but no memo is selected.
Or, press the Memo Pad button on the front panel.
Each time you press the Jog Dial navigator or the Memo Pad button, the display switches through
all the available categories.
Note
The categories with no entries are skipped as you switch through the categories.
To select the desired category from the categories list

at the upper right corner of the screen to display the category list. You
can select the desired category from the list.
