You can spot overlaps and conflicts in your schedule with
the Week view which displays the events scheduled for the week graphically.
You can also see a calendar of your events for the month with the Month view.
The Month view is helpful to spot which part of the day (a.m. or p.m.) the
event is scheduled in.
You can also add comments to each event.

Using the Date Book application, you can quickly and easily schedule appointments
or any activity associated with a date, or a date and time.

Set an alarm for events
You can set an alarm before the scheduled time of an event
on your Date Book.
You can also set a silent alarm for untimed events.

Schedule repeating or continuous events
You can easily schedule repeating or continuous events, such
as regular meetings, birthdays, and anniversaries.
To start the Date Book application
You can start the Date Book application in three ways shown below,

You do not need to install the Date Book application on
your CLIÉ handheld
The Date Book application is pre-installed at the factory.
Tip
You can turn on your CLIÉ handheld by pressing the Date
Book button.
