Setting Auto-run for an application in “Memory Stick” media
To automatically start the application in the “Memory Stick” media, set as follows. The example describes how to set PhotoStand application.

Install the PhotoStand application on your CLIÉ handheld.

| 2 | Insert the “Memory Stick” media to auto-run setting into the “Memory Stick” slot. |

Start the Memory Stick Gate application from the Application Launcher screen, and then select “PALM/Launcher”. For detail, see Memory Stick Gate application manual.

| 4 | Tap PhotoStand application from the displayed CLIÉ handheld side list. |

Tap Move.
The PhotoStand application and specified database files are moved into the “Memory Stick” media and deleted from the CLIÉ handheld memory. |

Return to the Application Launcher screen to start Memory Stick Autorun application.
The list of applications in the “Memory Stick” media appears.

Press the Jog Dial navigator, and tap PhotoStand application. |

Tap Set.
The setting is stored on the “Memory Stick” media, and then “Autorun setting” dialog box appears.

Tap OK.
The auto-run setting for PhotoStand is completed.Return to the Application Launcher screen to remove the “Memory Stick” media. |
