Before transferring the still image files, copy the image files to “Memory Stick™” media. You cannot transfer image files directly from your CLIÉ™ handheld to your computer. For details, see “Copying the files” in the CLIE Viewer application.

You can view still images managed with your CLIÉ™ handheld on your computer. Use one of the following to transfer still images.

Using the “Memory Stick™” slot on your computer
If you have a “Memory Stick™” slot on your computer, you can directly copy image files on “Memory Stick™” media to your computer using Windows® Explorer.
Using the Data Import application

Connect your CLIÉ™ handheld to your computer using the USB cable.

Tap Applications tab, and tap the Data Import application icon from the Applications screen.

Your CLIÉ™ handheld is recognized as a removable drive on the computer.
