On the Free Notes screen, press the Jog Dial™ navigator when no item is selected. Each time you press the Jog Dial™ navigator, you can change category of Free Notes.

Sorting Free Notes items
The date and time for Free Notes can be sorted.
On the List view, you can switch among Title, Alarm, Size, Modified, or none by tapping the Change Information button.
