You can use the Intellisync Lite software on your computer.

You can exchange data between Microsoft® Outlook or Lotus Organizer 5.0/6.0 software and the Date Book, Address Book, Memo Pad, and To Do List applications on your CLIÉ™ handheld.
Note
You need to install Intellisync Lite on your computer using the Installation CD-ROM provided.

Insert the Installation CD-ROM into your computer’s CD-ROM drive.
The installation launcher window is displayed.
If the installation launcher window is not displayed, select the CD-ROM drive icon on Windows® Explorer, and then double-click Setup.exe.

Select CLIE Data Management in the categories displayed on the left side of the window.

Select the Install button for Intellisync Lite.
The software installation starts.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Note
Make sure to select Synchronize with Microsoft® Outlook or Lotus Organizer in Select Applications to Synchronize window.

Select Finish.
The installation is complete.

To view Help, select Start, select Programs (All Programs in Windows® XP), Intellisync Lite, and then select Intellisync Help.
For Microsoft® Office 2003 users
If your CLIÉ handheld and Microsoft® Outlook included in Microsoft® Office 2003 cannot synchronize, you may need the Intellisync Lite update modules. For more information, visit the website below.
