You can store names, addresses, telephone numbers, and other information about your personal or business contacts with the Address Book application.

Address Book
Manage names, addresses, and telephone numbers
You can manage the telephone numbers of your home and office, fax numbers, numbers of cellular phones, and e-mail addresses in the Address Book. You can also specify the telephone number to be displayed with each address entry.
Paste image files
You can paste images in the Address Book.
Beam address entries
You can define address entries as business cards and send them to other CLIÉ™ handheld users or other Palm OS® based devices via the infrared communication port.
To start Address Book
You can start Address Book in three ways, as shown below.

Press the Address Book  button on your CLIÉ™ handheld. |

Rotate the Jog Dial™ navigator on the CLIE Launcher screen to select the Address Book icon and press the Jog Dial™ navigator. |

Tap the Address Book icon on the CLIE Launcher screen. |
You can turn on your CLIÉ™ handheld by pressing the Address Book button. Make sure that the POWER/HOLD switch is not in the HOLD position.
