On the CLIE Launcher screen, rotate the Jog Dial™ navigator to select Address.
Or, tap Address on the CLIE Launcher screen. You can also start the application by pressing the Address Book

If the desired address entry is not displayed, tap the arrow

The Address View dialog box of the selected entry is displayed.

Each time you press the Jog Dial navigator, tap the arrow or press the Address Book button, the display switches through all the available categories.

Sorting the address entries in the list
You can sort the address entries in one of the following ways:

When you select Last Name, First Name, the address entries are sorted in alphabetical order of an individual’s last name and then first name. |

When you select Company, Last Name, the address entries are sorted in alphabetical order of the company name, and then an individual’s last name. |
The address entries will be displayed in the selected order when you start Address Book.
Any changes in the address order, however, do not affect the original address entries.

The Address Book Preferences dialog box is displayed.

Tap the desired order of the address entries in the List By field.
Select the desired order in which the address entries are to be listed when Address Book starts.
