Manage events scheduling date and time
You can spot overlapped events in your schedule with the Week view, which graphically displays the events in the week.
You can also see your month at a glance with the Month view. The Month view is helpful to spot which part of the day (a.m. or p.m.) the event is scheduled in.
You can also add comments to each event.
Set an alarm for events
You can set an alarm before the scheduled time of an event in your Date Book.
You can also set a silent alarm for untimed events.
Schedule recurring or continuous events
You can easily schedule recurring or continuous events, such as regular meetings, birthdays, and anniversaries.
To start Date Book
You can start Date Book in the three ways shown below.

Press the Date Book  button on your CLIÉ™ handheld. |

Rotate the Jog Dial™ navigator to select the Date Book icon and press the Jog Dial™ navigator on the CLIE Launcher screen. |

Tap the Date Book icon on the CLIE Launcher screen. |
You can turn on your CLIÉ™ handheld by pressing the Date Book button. Make sure that the POWER/HOLD switch is not in the HOLD position.
