Clearing The Memory

Data saved in the internal memory of CLIÉ handheld, such as the Cache, can be deleted with the menu bar.

The Cache contains data such as previously browsed Webpage content. Delete data saved in the Cache as described below.

1	Tap the [Menu] icon of CLIÉ handheld or the title tab of the browsing screen to display the menu bar.
2	Tap [Options] and then [Delete Cache] to display the dialog to confirm deletion.
3	Tap [OK] to delete.

Deleting History

History contains data of which Webpages are previously browsed. Delete all data in the history as described below.

1	Tap the [Menu] icon of CLIÉ handheld or the title tab in the browsing screen to display the menu bar.
2	Tap [Open] and then [History] to display the "History" page.
3	Tap the title tab of the "History" page to display the menu bar.
4	Tap [Edit] and then [Delete All] to display the dialog to confirm deletion of the history.
5	Tap [OK] to delete.

Deleting Cookie

Cookie contains user information sent from the server. Delete all data in Cookie as described below.

1	Tap the [Menu] icon of CLIÉ handheld or the title tab in the browsing screen to display the menu bar.
2	Tap [Options] and then [Delete Cookie] to display the dialog to confirm deletion of Cookie.
3	Tap [OK] to delete. All Cookies are deleted.

Deleting Authentication Information

Some Webpages ask for user name and password to identify the user. User name and password entered here are saved as authentication information. Delete data of authentication information as described below.

1	Tap the [Menu] icon of CLIÉ handheld or the title tab in the browsing screen to display the menu bar.
2	Tap [Options] and then [Delete Auth Info] to display the dialog to confirm deletion of authentication information.
3	Tap [OK] to delete. Authentication information is deleted.

Deleting Past Input

Up to 10 addresses entered in the "Enter Address" page are saved as past input. Delete all data in past input as described below.

1	Tap the [Menu] icon of CLIÉ handheld or the title tab in the browsing screen to display the menu bar.
2	Tap [Open] and then [Enter Address] to switch to the "Enter Address" page.
3	Tap the title tab in the "Enter Address" page to display the menu bar.
4	Tap [Edit] and then [Delete Past Input] to display the dialog to confirm deletion of past input.
5	Tap [OK] to delete. All past input of addresses are deleted.
