Transferring image files from your computer
Follow the steps below to transfer image files from your computer.

Connect your CLIÉ™ handheld to your computer using the USB cable.

On your CLIÉ™ handheld, start the Data Import application.

On your computer, double-click the Image Converter icon.
The Image Converter software starts. |

Click Add to List and select the image file that you want to transfer to your CLIÉ™ handheld.
Or, drag and drop the image file on the Image Converter screen. You can also drag and drop the image file to the Image Converter icon on your computer desktop. Skip to step 6 in this case.

Select an image file and click Output to Memory Stick.
The Memory Stick dialog box appears.If you want to change the image file setting such as image quality, click Settings and make changes as necessary. |

Select the arrow
The selected movie file is transferred to a “Memory Stick™ ” media. next to Saving Drive and select the Memory Stick drive, then click OK. |
Tips
| • | A PGP-format image file output to a “Memory Stick™ ” media will be stored in the “PALM/PROGRAMS/PICTUREGEAR/” folder. |

| • | Insert a “Memory Stick™ ” media into your CLIÉ™ handheld beforehand. |
To use sample images
When you install Image Converter on your computer, a shortcut icon for the sample image folder appears on the desktop. Double-click the shortcut icon to use the sample images stored in this folder.
