Pages menu
| Beam Page | Transfers the data of the currently selected page to another CLIÉ™ handheld via the infrared communications port. |
| Send Page | Transfers the data of the currently selected page to another CLIÉ™ handheld via Bluetooth®. |
Options menu
| Preferences | Shows the Preferences screen. |
| About CLIE Memo | Shows the version information for the CLIE Memo application. |

Notes menu
| Beam Note | Transfers the data of the currently selected notebook to another CLIÉ™ handheld via the infrared communications port. |
| Send Note | Transfers the data of the currently selected notebook to another CLIÉ™ handheld via Bluetooth®. |
| Move to MS | Moves a selected note to the “Memory Stick™ ” media. You can only move one notebook at a time. [Details] |
| Move to Handheld | Moves notebook stored on the “Memory Stick™ ” media to your CLIÉ™ handheld. You can only move one notebook at a time. [Details] |
