Uploading still images
You are ready to upload still images once you have completed the procedures described in “Image Upload Utility setup”.
You can view the uploaded still images on your computer or CLIÉ(TM) handheld connected to the Internet.
Selecting and uploading still images from CLIE Viewer

On the CLIE Launcher screen, rotate the Jog Dial(TM) navigator to select CLIE Viewer and press the Jog Dial(TM) navigator .
Or, tap the CLIE Viewer icon on the CLIE Launcher screen.
The CLIE Viewer application starts.

Tap in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
The check box for selecting images appears.

Tap on the check box to select still images that you want to upload.
Or, rotate and press the Jog Dial(TM) navigator to select images.
Tap Select all to upload all still images listed on the screen.
Notes
• You can upload up to 18 images at once.
• You can upload still images up to 2MB in total file size at once.
• The file name of an uploading image is changed in the Image Upload Utility application.

Tap OK.
The Invitation screen appears.
You can send an invitation e-mail message to let your friends and family know that you have uploaded new images to Sony Style Imaging. There will be a clickable link to Sony Style Imaging on the e-mail message for an easy access.

Fill out the following categories.
• Subject: Enter the title for your e-mail message. (Example: You have to check this out!)
• To: Enter the e-mail address of the person you want to send message. Tap Find address to look up and select from the list of e-mail addresses entered on the Address Book application.
• Message: Enter your message.
Note
You can enter up to 50 e-mail addresses in the To field.

Tap Send now if you want to send the mail immediately. Otherwise, tap Send later.
• Send now: Sends the e-mail message immediately.
• Send later: Saves the e-mail message in the Outbox category of the CLIE Mail application.
You can send the e-mail messages stored in the Outbox category by tapping in the CLIE Mail application.
Note
You can also send e-mail messages from your computer by performing a HotSync(R) operation. Refer to the CLIE Mail section of the CLIÉ Application Manual supplied with your CLIÉ(TM) handheld.
Selecting and uploading still images from CLIE Camera
You can select an image from the latest three images captured with CLIE Camera and upload it to Sony Style Imaging.
If you want to upload older images captured on your CLIÉ(TM) handheld, or select more than one image, select images from the CLIE Viewer application. See “Selecting and uploading still images from CLIE Viewer” for details.

The thumbnails of the three most recently captured images appear.

Tap the still image that you want to upload.
