Viewing the Free Notes item

On the Free Notes screen, tap the Free Notes item that you want to view.
The Free Notes screen is displayed.


Tips
•  You can view the Free Notes item by rotating the Jog Dial™ navigator to select the Free Notes item on the Free Notes screen.
•  If you cannot see the Free Notes item on the Free Notes screen, do one of the following to move up or down the Free Notes screen.
–  Tap the Up or Down arrow button at right top or bottom of the screen.
–  Rotate the Jog Dial™ navigator.

To return to the Free Notes screen, tap .
Confirming the contents pasted on the Free Notes item
You can confirm a still image, movie or voice memo pasted on the Free Notes item.

On the Free Notes screen, tap the Free Notes item where the content you want to confirm is pasted.
The Free Notes screen is displayed.

Tap the content you want to confirm.

Tap the thumbnail where the icon is displayed.

When you confirm the content, tap .

To return to the Free Notes screen, tap .
Confirming the information on the Free Notes item

On the Free Notes screen, tap the Free Notes item where you want to confirm the information.
The Free Notes screen is displayed.

Tap .
The Page Details dialog box is displayed.
•  Title: To change the title, tap the entry area.
•  Creation: Displays the date and time when the Free Notes item is created.
•  Modified: Displays the date and time when the Free Notes item is modified.
•  Size: Displays the size of the Free Notes item. You can enter a maximum of 64 Kbyte data.
•  BG Color: Tap the color box to select the background color from the 256 colors.
•  Date: Displays the date and time for Viewer. The date and time when you create a new Free Notes item is automatically specified as the date and time on Date Book. You can edit the Date option.
•  Alarm: When you select the check box for the Alarm to sound, the date and time settings are displayed. For more information, see “Setting an alarm”.

If the Free Notes item does not fit in the screen, tap the up or down arrow button at the bottom right of the screen to move up or down the page.
