CLIE Organizer - Memo Pad menu items

This section describes the menu commands specific to Memo Pad. For menu items common to other CLIE applications, see “Common menu items” in the Handbook provided with your CLIÉ™ handheld. The Record and Options menus differ depending on the screen displayed.

•	Edit screen: Available when the Edit screen is displayed.
•	List view: Available when the List view is displayed.
•	Common: Available when any screen is displayed.

Record menu

New Memo (Edit screen)	Creates a new memo. [Details]
Delete Memo (Edit screen)	Deletes the current memo. [Details]
Beam Category (List view)	Beams memos in the current category to another Palm-OS^® device via infrared communications port. [Details]
Send Category (List view)	Sends memos in the current category to another Palm-OS^® device using the Bluetooth^® wireless technology. [Details] (for models containing the Bluetooth^® wireless technology only)
Beam Memo (Edit screen)	Beams the current memo to another Palm-OS^® device via infrared communications port. [Details]
Send Memo (Edit screen)	Sends the current memo to another Palm-OS^® device using the Bluetooth^® wireless technology. [Details] (for models containing the Bluetooth^® wireless technology only)
Import Memo (List View)	Imports the text-format file from the "Memory Stick™" media to the memo. [Details]
Export Memo (Edit screen)	Exports the memo on "Memory Stick™" media. The file is saved in the text format. [Details]

Options menu

Font (Common)

Selects the size of fonts.

Preferences (List view)

Specifies the action if the memo that you send to another Palm-OS^® device exceeds 4 Kbytes. [Details]

Security (List view)

Protects the security of the memo. The Change Security dialog box is displayed, so you can select the type of security.

CLIE Organizer Prefs

(Common)

Displays the CLIE Organizer Prefs dialog box.

•	Assign to Home: Starts CLIE Organizer.
•	Back select tab: Press the Back button to change the selected tab.

Shows the version information for CLIE Organizer.
