You need to install the CLIE Album Plugin from the supplied Installation CD-ROM to exchange albums with the PictureGear Studio software or to make backups on your computer.
Follow the steps below to install the CLIE Album Plugin.

Using the CLIE Album application, you can manage files stored on your CLIÉ™ handheld or Internal Media in following ways:
| • | Paste image from the CLIE Viewer application to a page in an album. |

| • | Write in comments on a page. |
| • | Back up albums on your computer. |
| • | Exchange files with PictureGear Studio software installed on your computer. |
Note
Before performing any operation in this application, be sure to set the date and time correctly on your CLIÉ™ handheld, since this information is used to manage albums on the CLIE Album application.

Insert the Installation CD-ROM into your computer’s CD-ROM drive. The installation launcher window appears.If the installation launcher window does not appear, click the CD-ROM drive icon in Windows® Explorer, and then double-click Setup.exe. |

Click CLIÉ Image from the categories displayed on the left side of the window.

Click the Install button for the CLIE Album Plugin.
The software installation starts.Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. Your computer restarts after the installation. |
